“We unleash the wealth in your people”
Meet Our People
HR for SMEs
The best crafted business strategies are executed by people. People are therefore a source of competitive advantage to every business, not-withstanding its size, product/service base, geographical dispersion etc.
People management is traditionally handled by the Human Resources (HR) Function, but many Small and Medium Scale (SME) organisations do not have an HR function, which is understandable where there are few employees. A full-time HR person would be costly and probably not be fully utilised if the headcount does not warrant it.
In that situation, however, the onus rests on Executive Management and Line Managers to provide the guidance and leadership needed for effective Human Resources/People management. However, many managers are not well versed in HR Management and HR mistakes due to a lack of understanding of the current HR environment can be costly and time-consuming.
