Adebolaji Baiyewu is the CEO/MD of Divitiae Ltd. A professional with over 24 years’ experience spanning the Banking, Consulting and FMCG Industries, her breadth of experience includes Business Advisory, facilitating Visioning & Strategy Formulation sessions, Reward & Talent Management, Business Partnering, Change Management and HR Service Delivery.

Adebolaji specializes in articulation and definition of Strategy and Structure, development of HR Policies and Processes, Performance Management, Leadership Development and recruitment. She is also a trainer and currently a faculty member of Fate Foundation, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Financial Institutions Training Centre,

Adebolaji has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). She is also a certified Business Development Services Provider and an Associate of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ).
